Do I have to register an account to place an order?

We have made shopping at ardenskincare.com an easy and enjoyable experience by giving our customers the flexibility to shop how they feel most comfortable. You can simply shop as a guest or register for an account which gives you many additional benefits. Not only does it speed up the order process but you have the opportunity to take advantage of our exclusive offers and product launches as well as create wish lists and view order history.

I have forgotten my password, how do I access my account?

If you browse to the sign in page there is a link below the sign in area ‘Forgotten your password’ that needs to be clicked on. Follow the instructions and a password recovery link shall be sent to your email addressed you initially registered your account with.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards from American Express, Maestro, Mastercard, Solo and Visa. Additionally we also accept PayPal as a means of payment.

How long does it take for my order to arrive and how do I track my order status?

Estimated times of arrival are dependant on the delivery option you select at checkout. To check the status of your delivery, simple log into your account click on Track Your Order. Alternatively you can click on the track and trace sent to your email address when placing your order. 

Delivery times will depend on the options you select at checkout; see our Dispatch and Delivery page for more information. You will be able to track your orders when you sign in to your account.

Would I need to sign for my order when it arrives?

Yes, your parcel needs signing for at the address you have provided or that of a secondary contact. If for any reason our couriers are unable to obtain a signature, they shall make one further attempt at delivering your parcel usually the next working day.

Should the second attempt at delivery be unsuccessful, a calling card shall be left for you to collect your goods at your local depot.

Can I change my details?

Of course you can. We understand that at times information can become redundant due to change of circumstances. Thus all you need to do is log into your account and edit the details you wish to edit.

Can I cancel my order before it is delivered?

If the order has not yet been dispatched you can cancel at any time prior. In order to do this you can either log into your account and via Order History cancel the order you wish to cancel or alternatively call us and we can cancel over the phone (you need to have your order number at hand).

How long does it take before I am refunded?

Once we receive your item, we usually acknowledge receipt followed by an immediate refund to the original payment method and can take upto 5 days to show up in your account dependant on the issuer you bank with.

Once we have received your item, you will be refunded to your original payment method (with a few exceptions, please see below). If this is to a debit/credit card it will appear in your account within five days, depending on your card issuer.

Should the order already be dispatched you can return it to us within 28 day of delivery.
